What’s a good poop?

You know how there seem to be themes sometimes in life? Well lately, that theme for me has been poop! How funny is that? Some of my patients are reporting really great things and some of my loved ones (the bunny) are experiencing not so good things. Do you have good poops? Do you know what that means? I think it’s work explaining what a good poop is. So, what’s a good poop?

How do you know a good poop?

– feels complete

– happens at least once a day

– is not urgent

– is well formed (hold together)

– has no pain or difficulty


If you don’t have good poops, it’s an important thing to work on. One of my 70+ year old patients was just remarking that for the first time in his life, he has decent poops, and it’s life changing! So, it’s never too late and please do set high standards for your health. It’s something that will definitely pay you back. He’s so thrilled with his good poops!


Why is this important? There are so many reasons!!! Let me list the top benefits of good pooping and digestion:
