What is Wellness?
A typical person’s life is full of demands and stress. Very often, we are quite unaware of the profound changes that happen in our bodies when we are exposed to constant stresses. While some bodes complain loudly with pain, others show more subtle warning signs that may be more easily ignored. These seemingly minor complaints pick away at our personal resources and we end up living life that is less than optimal. Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine are wonderful ways to revive your mind and body.
Providing gentle care, Dorothy Pang is dedicated to making the acupuncture experience soothing, nurturing and rejuvenating.
Dorothy Pang says, “Quite often people are doubtful of acupuncture’s efficacy. I would say just give it a try. Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years on millions of people. It is one of the oldest healing traditions that there are. First time clients are often amazed at the difference after just one session. It is a shame that most people are more dedicated to maintenance of their cars than of their own bodies. I hope that this experience teaches people that our bodies last longer and function better when we care for it with occasional ‘tune ups’.”
What we think of as little things are usually our body trying to warn us to pay attention. It is wise to heed these warnings if we would like to live a long, comfortable life.
