There is no helping the sudden appearance of hot weather, and there are often body symptoms that happen because of it. A body in good health will usually recuperate on it’s own with time, but often with a sudden how weather streak, the effects are more dramatic and can be more uncomfortable. So why wait it out? Are you too hot? Would you like to do something about it? Let’s see if there’s something that we can do to rebalance your body quickly and effectively.
It’s happened rather earlier this year than usual, but the first streak of hot weather hit us! (photo by prawny at morguefile) So what can you do it you feel one or more of these symptoms of too much hot energy (shortened to heat) in your body:
Here are some symptoms of too much hot energy in your body
Dryness (like skin or mouth)
Fever, or feeling hot
Irritability, short temper
Sometimes it’s dehydration behind the symptoms, but often simply drinking a lot of water will not effectively balance out the system. Over the long term, excessive heat can lead to fever, aged skin, bad mood, low stamina, or more. So what can you do to balance out the excessive heat in your body that can stick because of hot weather?
